Pups and younger dogs of this breed need much exercise, which makes them unsuited for people that cannot spend much time training and socializing the pet. Without enough activity and mental stimulation, these intelligent dogs become bored and may develop bad habits, such as chewing, digging and barking. Some dogs tend to roam.
